My Path

My gifts are not something I learned in a single moment…

They are a weaving of a lifetime.

Each experience, each challenge, each teacher has placed another tool in my hands — shaping how I support others today.

I was born and raised in Kansas City, where my earliest connection to intuition came not through words, but through animals. Horses, dogs, cats — they became my first teachers, showing me how to feel, sense, and communicate beyond what could be seen.

By the age of seven, I was already competing hunter/jumper horses, while also immersed in swimming, tennis, and a life that was always in motion. Movement, energy, and connection were part of my foundation.

The Bridge Between Worlds

My path has always lived between the practical and the mystical.

After earning my degree from Kansas State University, I stepped into entrepreneurship — creating and running businesses, organizing large-scale trainings, and working alongside world-renowned teachers and professionals.

Yet something deeper was always calling.

That call led me into the world of energy, consciousness, and healing.

In 1994, I began my journey into the shamanic healing arts with

Dr. Alberto Villoldo,

Oscar Miro-Quesada,

and Michael Harner's Foundation for Shamanic Studies

This opened the doorway to Peru… and to a way of understanding healing that goes far beyond the physical.

Working with heart-centered Inka shamans, I learned that true healing happens within the luminous energy field — the matrix that surrounds and informs the body — where transformation can occur at its source.

A Life of Integration

While walking a deeply spiritual path, I also remained grounded in the world of business and creation.

As an entrepreneur, I co-built multiple successful companies, developing systems, leadership, and growing organizations to a high level of success.

Mentorship with Bob Proctor (of The Secret) expanded my understanding of mindset, possibility, and the power of perception — adding yet another dimension to how I guide others.

And through it all… my lifelong partnership with horses continued to teach me about presence, trust, and the subtle, unspoken communication that exists beneath the surface of everything.

My work today is a reflection of everything I have lived.

I draw from energy medicine, intuitive guidance, life experience, and a deeply attuned presence — meeting you exactly where you are.
